Today I get to share with all of you the Saint Teresa Girls Track team. As you know a little earlier this spring, I got to take sports portraits for the other spring sporting teams at Saint Teresa. Each year the St. Teresa Girls track team has had a separate session for their portraits. Saint Teresa does not have a track of their own (in spite of what an amazing track team they have had for YEARS!). So we met at Millikin University’s track for their team portrait shoot.

The forecast called for rain so I was a bit nervous about what we would do if it did rain – reschedule, move locations,… Luckily – the rain held off and we had a nice overcast (if a little muggy) morning for their team photos. These girls are amazing athletes and I have thoroughly enjoyed seeing all their successes in the paper – so it was really fun to work with them to capture them in their uniforms and with some of their things – whether that was their running shoes, medals, trophies or gear. They did a great job of figuring out what they wanted to do and we got done with their shoot in record time!

I could go on and on about this gorgeous group of ladies – but instead I’ll just let you see for yourself!
