Today it is my joy and honor to share another amazing Beloved session with all of you! If you’ve been following me for some time now, you know that I absolutely love Beloved sessions. These sessions are just so special in my mind because they are about more than just having your portraits taken – they are an opportunity to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the everyday and focus on the two of you.

Initially Kristin and David came to me for some family portraits, but when they arrived for their pre-session consultation they surprised me with some exciting news! They are engaged! (yay!) So instead of doing family portraits we decided to do a session to celebrate their engagement and the love these two cuties share!

I personally know that I’m very blessed to have found such an amazing man and to have found him at such a young age. But when I see couples who found each other later in life, after previous marriages and kids and heartache, finding each other and having that spark reignite – ::sigh:: well that’s just amazing and beautiful to me! To not give up on love and to find your true soul mate – I mean, man – that’s insanely awesome! And that’s what I see when I see Kristin and David. Two people who found their soul mate after all of the ups and downs life threw at them!

Anyway, Kristin and Dave each have two kiddos of their own from previous marriages so they’re going to be one big happy family. They met at a Cheddars for dinner and as Kristin puts it “sparks flew!” And these two make an adorable couple! I love all the sweet little things Dave notices about Kristin – like the way her green eyes twinkle when she smiles and how contagious her happiness is. Or how much Kristin appreciates all the thoughtful things Dave does for her and her girls. It doesn’t hurt that they are both exceptional cute – I had a hard time not taking pictures because they are just such a gorgeous couple!

I had so much fun getting to know these two wonderful people and capturing such a special time in their lives. You can certainly tell that these two have a love that’s strong and deep. I’m so thrilled to share a little peek at a few of their favorites with you today!
