Guster Craynn Newborn Photography | Mt. Zion, IL
I’m so excited to share this handsome little man with all of you! Jarred and Laramie are two of our dear friends (who you’ve probably seen on the journal a time or two before). I still remember very clearly the night Laramie texted me to tell me she had gotten her positive pregnancy test. Of course we were so thrilled for them!
I know this pregnancy definitely felt like the full term that it was to Laramie – but as a person on the outside – it sure felt like it flew by fast! Little Mr. Guster Craynn made his grand entrance into the world on the morning of February 8th weighing in at 8 lb and 6 oz. Another cute and perfect little baby Street!
I always like to give new families time to adjust so I waited for Laramie to message me that we could come meet him. He was laying in his little bassinet when we arrived. Perfect, tiny, and quiet. Sound asleep. I got to cuddle him for a little bit and then decided to be nice and give Ryan a turn with him (since I could have easily held him all day).
I had actually just taken a class on some continuing education for newborn photography so I asked Laramie if I could come over again and take some portraits of sweet Mister Guster. And she was super kind to let me! I love newborn photography. There is something so calming and simple about it. I love watching these little people, who even so early into their life already have little personalities all their own! I love cuddling with them and working on getting them into that nice deep sleep so we can pose them into sweet little positions. ::sigh:: yup! Newborn portraits are just awesome!
I arrived at Jarred and Laramie’s house when Guster was 9 days new to play around with some newborn portraits for him. He was such a good little model baby, sleeping so well and letting me pose him while he snoozed. I got to try out the new method I was working on and play around with some new and some old props. He is just so perfect I had to share him with all of you!
So here’s a peek at little mister Guster Craynn!
