Pezzelle Family Session | Decatur, IL | Family Photography
Today I get to share my own family session with you! It is so easy as a photographer to forget to take time to get behind the camera from time to time. But I knew my mom had been wanting some updated family portraits for him home and with Stacey officially becoming a part of the Pezzelle family this June – now seemed like the perfect time to get some family portraits done. It was a lot of fun. We headed over to the Rock Garden in Decatur to set up the fun.
Now you may be wondering… how am I in these portraits? Well that’s all thanks to this awesome guy! Richard! Rich was roommates with Joel in college and played basketball with him at Greenville. He’s here all the way from Africa where his parents are doing missionary work. But he really has become part of our family too. It always feels like someone is missing if he’s not there. So basically I’d set everyone up, get the camera all ready and then have Richard take the pictures for us. Ginger (our dog) made it a little difficult for him though because he had to get her attention too. But seriously… isn’t he a cutie!?
My three brothers…
I truthfully am so proud of my brothers. I may be the oldest, but they past me up in the height and looks department a long time ago. 😉
I love these two so much! And my love and respect for them grows on an almost daily basis. I am so proud to call them my mom and dad. PS – I think they’re pretty adorable too!
The Greenville kids…
And of course we had to end the session with a little fun… courtesy of Rich and Jeremy 🙂
Well I hope you’ve enjoyed this little peek into my family. It was a fun day and a joy to get to photograph some of the people I love most! I hope you all are having a fantastic Friday and I’ll see you back here on Monday!
