Hunter York Senior

Today I get to share a talented young man from LSA with you all. I’ve known Hunter for a few years now. My baby brother was on the LSA Basketball team with Hunter a couple years ago – so that’s how I began to know him. And with Hunter’s height – he is a pretty great basketball player and definitely one of the athletes who contributed to LSA’s great basketball season this year.

In addition to being a great basketball player, Hunter is an outstanding golfer! He placed third in state last year and this year he took first place in the 1A Golf State meet! I find that to be such a huge and fantastic accomplishment and it’s one that’s providing him with a college scholarship to play golf. How awesome is that!

I met Hunter and his mom at Scoville Golf Course in Decatur. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day! It was beautiful and sunny with a bright blue sky and a slight breeze. Scoville is a really lovely course. I love the rolling landscape and all the trees. They also have a little stream with a bridge and in the fall – the colors are just gorgeous!

I had fun creating some fun portraits for Hunter incorporating his golf and then we did some without his golf gear too. Hunter really is a handsome young man. His blue eyes are gorgeous and he has such a friendly smile! I had a lot of fun wandering around the course capturing Hunter’s senior portraits. Once we finished up here, we headed to LSA for a couple quick shots in the gym and a few outside in front of the school’s brick wall.

I could keep go on and on but I think instead – I’ll show you some of the York’s favorites! Enjoy!

Lots of favorites – but I love the one squatting in front of the brick wall. Very natural! So handsome! Great job with the pictures!
