Well this Easter was weird for us. It was the first Easter in thirteen years that we’ve missed spending time with family… but it’s for the best reason ever! The past week has been one of the most exciting, stressful, exhausting, heartbreaking, and soul-fulfilling weeks of our lives. A lot of things are still up in the air on the legal side (which is why we’re not sharing more just yet) but we are so grateful for our little Easter miracle and soaking up all this special time as a new family!

We’re not sure when we’ll be able to head back home – so I’ll be out of the office until I know more. I have to give a gigantic thank you to our friends and family who jumped in to help keep things afloat while we’re gone. We’ve felt such an outpouring of love and support as we’ve been on this intense and sudden rollercoaster ride.
