Oh my goodness you guys! I’m seriously so excited to get to share this session with you! I seriously adore this couple and I could not be happier that they are soon going to be welcoming a handsome little man into their family!  I am always beyond honored when anyone trusts me to capture their family or loved ones and especially so when I know it means so much to them.

You know… I was blessed to photograph Tyson and Kathleen’s engagement photos almost 5 years ago in April… but you’ve got to love the Midwest and the inexplicable weather shifts. 5 years ago it was gorgeous, sunny, and 70 degrees. Yet, for their maternity session it was windy, slightly overcast, and COLD! These two were such troopers though and toughed out the cold weather to get some special outdoor pictures.

We met at Fairview Park in Decatur because I knew it would give us some variety in options without having to traverse very far. Kathleen wore the perfect blue-green maxi dress to highlight her gorgeous eyes and show off that precious baby bump! And Tyson was such a good sport putting up with me and my photo ideas. I had so much fun creating some special images for this gorgeous couple and I cannot wait to meet their sweet little man super soon!
