Tiffany & Everett Castle Wedding | Groveland, IL | Wedding Photography
This past Saturday, Ryan and I trekked up to Peoria, IL to celebrate Ryan’s cousin’s wedding. It was a small wedding of maybe 20 people in attendance (including the bridal party) but this sweet couple wouldn’t have had it any other way! There’s something very intimate and personal about these small weddings. The day becomes less about making a statement or stressing over details and more about focusing on the reason everyone has gathered there – to celebrate the union of two people who are very much in love. I think sometimes it’s easy to lose sight of that when planning these bigger weddings.
Just because you’re having a smaller wedding doesn’t mean photography is any less important either. Personally, I think with smaller weddings photography is even more important! It makes it easier to focus on capturing moments and emotions. And since small weddings are shorter and less planning is required – it seems like it’s over even faster than the larger wedding that took a year to plan. So Ryan and I were incredibly happy to be able to help capture this special day in Tiffany and Everett’s life! We adore these two and their sweet little family and we are very much looking forward to meeting their new baby girl come November!
Tiffany and Everett had their wedding at Old Towne Grove Chapel in Groveland IL. It’s a teeny tiny little church that can hold no more than 22 people inside. It was a sweet little place to have a sweet little ceremony. Not even the rain could dampen this couples spirits nor the happiness and joy of all the guests to see these two tie the knot! Well enough of my ramblings – here’s a peek at Tiffany and Everett’s day.
Congratulations you two! Ryan and I wish you many many years of love, joy and laughter together!
