I was genuinely blown away by the outpouring of love and support so many of you showed me yesterday. When I made the choice to share that truth, it wasn’t for acknowledgement or pity or a response of any kind. I wrote for myself, to acknowledge that those feelings were real. I wrote to help others to understand. And I wrote so that some might not feel so alone. I, in no way, anticipated or expected the amazing kindness you all showed me yesterday. You all have humbled me. It made for an emotional day of highs and lows as I read your stories and felt your own pain and as you sent me words of encouragement and prayers. I can never thank you enough for what each of you did for me yesterday… But I want you to know how much it meant and how loved you made me feel.
