Guys! This session hits me right in the feels! These are two people I just adore, and my heart is full to the bursting to see them together. Have you ever known somebody who you thought “I just don’t understand why anyone hasn’t snagged him/her up yet?” But you also can’t really think of anyone who is “deserving” of them either… that’s how I felt about both of these two. So the fact that they found each other… well it just makes it perfect. I can think of no one more deserving to spend the rest of their life with either of them!

Let me give you a little back story here. If we’ve ever talked in person, you may have heard me mention my brother Richard. This sometimes confuses people who’ve known me for a long time because even though blood or paperwork doesn’t tie us together – I cannot think of better way to describe him. Rich went to college with my middle brother, Joel, at Greenville where they played basketball. Since he’s from Africa and his family is still there, from time to time Rich would spend breaks and holidays with our family. And as time has passed he’s been fully immersed and embraced as part of our family – so much so my Grandma Rose gets really bummed when he can’t make it to a family get together… Well in truth, we all do! 🙂

Now his beautiful bride, Cassy, grew up knowing my husband’s family pretty well since both her dad and Ryan’s dad were on the fire department together. I always heard Ryan’s family talk with such joy and fondness about the Wilson family. It wasn’t until maybe a year and a half ago I actually got to really meet Cassy and get to know her. And I knew pretty much instantly this was one amazing woman! So intelligent, deep thinking, compassionate, and wise beyond her years. I’ve enjoyed every minute of getting to know her!

And now these two people who I so dearly love – are one! My heart could not be happier for them and I’m so overjoyed that I was able to capture this special time in their life! I’ve said it before, but I’ll say it again. Their love shines out of them so brightly and brilliantly – it’s infectious in the most beautiful way! And I cannot help but think that if more of us loved like these two do – the world would be such a wonderful place!
