Gratitude Project: Part 4
It’s been a little while since I shared any of my Gratitude Project artwork on the blog. So I thought I’d do that today. I’ve been trying to post at least one image a day on my Instagram (I’d love for you to follow me: @stephanie_at_gtm). As I’m writing this, I realize I’ve been documenting my Gratitude for over a month now, and thinking back to where I started, I do feel as though I have changed a bit because of it. I find myself slowing down more to absorb things around me. Really feeling and breathing in the moments. I find myself less irritated and more contemplative and I do feel much more happy and grateful. I think it’s because I’m thinking about it a lot. Trying to see more. And that intentional looking has slowed me down and helped me to embrace the everyday moments. Anyway, here’s a little sampling of what I have shared since my last post.
Rustic corners in my yard…
pretty little flowers…
the shades of green and growing things…
Honey makers…
sun flares through the cat tails…
little pointed snouts…
corn coming in…
sunlight through the leaves…
coming home…
hidden treasures for those who take the time to see…
little lovelies amidst the brush….
new uses for old things…
the happiness of a puppy…
paesano, brothers (in blood or spirit)…
raindrops on flower petals…
twitching bunny noses…
snug as a bug on a rug…
Well I hope you enjoyed this little glimpse into my everyday grateful space. I really I’m so happy with how this journey is unfolding. And if you’ve started a Gratitude Project of your own – I’d love to see/hear about it! Have a fantastic Friday and I’ll see you back here on Monday!
