Exploring Nearby Nature
Once upon a time, I had a gratitude project series I worked on. On my hard days, I’d take my camera in hand and go out to photograph things that would make me happy. Before we got to bring our precious little lady home, I was struggling to figure out what the future would hold. And it had been plenty dry so I headed to the local campground, hiked down to the shoreline and took some fun photographs. Some of these you saw used for one of my fine art pieces, but it was fun to get out – hike – explore – and simply capture what moved me. This day brought me a great deal of peace… working to find a way down to the sand banks, finding unique spaces to photograph. It was super calming and helped me regain my center. It may be a little bit before I have time to get out and photograph like this again so I thought I’d share what I captured on this day. 🙂
