You may recall seeing this little man’s sneak peek from his First 48 Session in the hospital a couple of months back. Well, today I finally get to share a peek at his newborn session! Now… these are two completely different sessions. The First 48 session is one we do in the hospital right after baby is born. We try and do this within the first 48 hours. (Thus the session name.) But our newborn sessions are typically done in your home for your convenience within the first 10 days after baby gets home. So that is what this session for Everett is!

Since my hubby was wanting to meet Everett too, he came along with me and we made the trek to Springfield together just 8 days after this sweet little boy arrived. We brought my essential gear and some of the props and things that are most important for me to get those sweet and special images every momma wants! Dan and Erin did a great job of getting their home all set up for the session so all we had to do was bring in our gear and get started.

Everett did so good for his newborn session! He slept like a champ and was such an awesome little eater too! He let us play and ensure we got his mommy and daddy some sweet options of him at this stage. Because we all know how quickly they grow and how important it is to capture this fleeting time!
