Eric & Tara Waggoner Wedding | Mt. Zion, IL | Wedding Photography
It was an absolutely beautiful day. The weather was perfect – not too hot, not too cold & a slight breeze and the perfect amount of clouds in the sky. The guys arrived at Fletcher Park in Mt. Zion first so we got a few pictures of them while we waited for the girls to show up.
Eric & Tara opted for a First Look, which I love, love, LOVE!
Then it was time for a few more photos before the ceremony started…
I loved that they had a string quartet playing the music for their service!
It was so cute how interested the little girls were in watching what was going on!
I loved that they included Tara’s daughter in their wedding vows!
After the ceremony we decided to snag a few more pictures before the happy couple took off for their reception.

Here’s what Tara had to say about her and Eric’s special day! 🙂
• I loved your dress! Where did you find it?
I got my dress at castaway bridal! It was a new dress but on sale for 99.00 because it was “last years dress” I had marinas bridal add the sash and she had to fix the length that was it.
• The bridesmaids’ dresses were so cute and flattering! Where did you get them from?
The bridesmaid dresses I got on eBay! Totally inexpensive! The little girls dresses came from Von Maur!
• Eric looked quite handsome in his suit. Where did he go for that?
Eric got his suit at the brass horn and he got all the guys shirts and ties off of overstock.com!
• Is there anyone you would like to give credit to for helping with the wedding?
I really give credit to Eric for helping me with the wedding we did all the work planning and paying! but my maid of honor helped me keep my sanity!
• Is there a detail of your day that you particularly loved?
The day went so fast but I will never forget how beautiful it was outside and seeing so many people there to share our special day with us!
• Now that it’s all over, would you change anything?
If I could change one thing it would be TO NOT WEAR MY BRA!!!!! During the ceremony! Â :\ Â Other then that I would not do a darn thing different it was perfect.
• Any advice for future brides and/or grooms?
Finally if I could give on piece of advise to future bride/grooms it would be to enjoy and cherish every moment of that day because it goes by so so fast! People told me that would happen and I now know exactly what they meant!
Congratulations Eric & Tara! We are so happy for you two! We wish you many years of happiness together!
