Oh, how I love my senior guys and gals! And I love when I get to photograph each child in a family. The joy and honor of that trust and responsibility is not lost on me. So when Robyn contacted me about capturing Dylan’s senior portraits – I was so excited!

Dylan is one of my awesome Decatur Christian seniors. He is very much an outdoors-man! He loves fishing, hiking, biking – anything that gets him outside. He is also an avid soccer player and played on the DCS/LSA soccer team. In addition to soccer, Dylan likes to bowl and has participated in quite a few bowling tournaments. But he has a real heart for helping others too and volunteers at both his school and with Special Olympics. When he graduates, he’s hoping to join either the marines or the navy.

I met Dylan and his mom out at Rock Springs park this fall on a really perfect fall day. The weather was awesome and the light was stunning. It was the perfect combination for senior pictures. We wandered around the park for a while and captured some images of this awesome guy in spots that felt like the right fit for his personality. We even did some pictures of the Adcock family and of Dylan and his older brother, Devin, together. We finished the session by getting some shots of Dylan in his soccer gear too.
