Class of 2015 LSA Graduation
It seems hardly possible that the school year is official over! And as of this past Friday – LSA’s senior class completed their final year of high school. It’s been a joy and honor getting to know the Class of 2015 over the past three years that I’ve been documenting there. Seeing these young men and women flourish, accomplishing great things. I always look forward to graduation because it feels like the final page of the last chapter in my book. Without it – the story is incomplete.
This year, in addition to documenting graduation – I also got to do some graduate head shots for those students interested in that. I brought in my backdrop and set up a nice little space to capture them all dressed in their graduation gear: gown, hat, and tassel.
Graduation night of course was fun! Getting to hear the valedictorian and salutatorian speeches from Emily, Matthew, and Caitlin was awesome. And Jan Bryant did a phenomenal job with her commencement speech. She had everyone engaged and laughing – in the way only a talented and gifted teacher can.
And just like that – they were walking across the stage – collecting their diplomas and walking out the doors as LSA graduates. Ready and eager to embark on their next great adventure!
