It was a warm day with hints of rain clouds in the distance, when Lauren and Ryan prepared to say forever. There was a nervous, excitement in the air and everyone was all smiles. I had been looking forward to Lauren and Ryan’s wedding since I did their engagement photos last year. I knew these two were going to be cute and smiley on their big day… And they didn’t disappoint!

I took Ryan outside and got him ready for his First Look. I think he was excited to see Lauren because he was all smiles. 🙂

I’ll admit… I like that I get to see the bride before hand. Doesn’t she look gorgeous!?

I love, love, LOVE First Looks! It’s a perfect opportunity for the bride and groom to be alone and just enjoy each other. I also love that I get the most sincere expressions and emotions during a first look… they are typically my favorite shots from the whole day.

After Ryan and Lauren’s First Look, we decided to have a little fun with the bright yellow jeep. (Yellow happened to be their wedding colors – so it seemed completely appropriate.) Of course Lauren rocked out the whole glam and edgy look.

Seriously… stop being so gorgeous Lauren!

I have to admit though – I’m partial to her smile and laugh. When Lauren smiles, I can’t help but want to smile and laugh too. Her joy is truly contagious!

And then it was time for the ceremony to begin… the carpet was rolled out…

And then Lauren enters on her dad’s arms – eyes on Ryan the whole way down the aisle

And before we knew it – they were man and wife, exiting the church in a flurry of bubbles!

Congrats Ryan & Lauren! You two make one super cute and fun couple! I wish you many years of love, laughter and fun together!

Hey Lauren! Thanks so much for taking time to answer a few questions to share a little bit about the details of your wedding day!

• Where did you find your dress?
I found my dress on eBay actually. It is custom made from China on a company through eBay.

• Where did you find your bridesmaid dresses?
The bridesmaids dresses were found the same way. They are from China as well.

• Is there anyone you’d like to give credit to who helped out with your wedding?
I want credit given to my grandma Gregory, mom, and aunt Debbie. My mom and Grandma did all the decorations and my aunt made the cake balls and food. Truly very thankful for them.  My hair was done by Corine beckwith at Exsalonce in Sullivan.

• What was the most memorable part of your day?
The most memorable part of the day was when I was saying my vows looking into Ryan’s eyes. Never will forget the way he looked at me it was truly the best part of the day.

• Did you have a favorite detail from your wedding?
My favorite detail was my bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets I absolutely loved the way they looked and went with everything.

• Do you have any advice for future brides & grooms?
For future brides /grooms. Let people help you and don’t stress too much.

• Was there a funny moment during your wedding day that you will remember?
Funniest moment would probably be the entire getting ready with my bridesmaids in the bathroom. We had to use the trashcan to sit on while we did makeup cause we couldn’t find a chair tall enough.

• If you could do it all over again, is there anything you would do differently?
If I could do it all over I’d go to Vegas and not wait and get stressed about the small things because I want everything to be perfect.

• Where did you two get to go for your honeymoon?
On our honeymoon we went to Miami Then got on a cruise ship and went to grand Cayman, isla roatan, Belize, And Cozumel. And it was a blast!!
