A few weeks ago I was lucky enough to get to take some editorial photos for my amazing friend, Becky Arndt! Becky works for Healthy Cells Magazine, which distributes health care magazines to offices and hospitals all over the Decatur – Springfield area. The doctor being featured in May’s edition of Healthy Cell is Dr. Jeffery Smith, an orthopedic surgeon at Decatur Memorial Hospital.

As someone who had three broken arms – I have to admit that Dr. Smith’s office was probably the most tranquil and pleasant office I’d ever been in. They have a nice big fish tank for patients to enjoy while they wait. The decor is absolutely beautiful with hand-related sculptures all over the office. And the staff is phenomenal! Everyone was so sweet and cheerful and open to doing whatever we asked them to do. It was just a wonderful office.
