The Children’s Museum of Illinois 22nd Birthday Bash | Decatur, IL
This past Friday I was lucky enough to get to pop in to the Children’s Museum of Illinois for their 22nd Birthday Bash! There was all kinds of fun to celebrate the museum’s birthday and the coming of Easter. There was cake for everyone who was there and a bunch of other little projects for the kids to take part in. There was sand jewelry shaped like the museum’s mascot Quaker Jack the duck. There were crowns the kids got to make too! You should have seen all the awesome crowns the kiddos made! The prime event was the Egg Drop! All the kids could take part in the egg drop, packaging up their egg in such a way to try and drop their egg from the top floor down to the top without their egg breaking. It was tons of fun for everyone! Here’s just a brief sneak peek into the day! 🙂
Well I hope you enjoyed a peek into the Children’s Museum of Illinois 22nd Birthday Bash. I’d love if you headed over to the Children’s Museum’s Facebook page and liked them to stay up to date on all the awesome activities they’ve got going on!
