This is a bittersweet moment for me you guys. This beautiful young lady… I’ve known her for the past four years. Her mom is the secretary at LSA grade school. Jayme came up to me my first year working for LSA and told me “My daughter is a freshman here and she informed me that she wants you to take your senior portraits.” … You see, this session has been four years in the making. I think Baylee and I have both been looking forward to her senior session, but there is also this hint of sadness at the thought that this is it! This is her last year at LSA.

Miss Baylee is also one of my Green Tree Media Photography seniors too! So I get the immense joy of photographing her multiple times this year and every time is a blast! We’ve had two sessions for Maurices already and we have her Your Story Project shoot mapped out, but her official senior session has been the highlight so far!

Baylee decided to meet me in Sullivan for her senior session, which I could not be more happy about! She wanted the chance to do something different from her classmates, and Sullivan has so many awesome locations it makes it the perfect place to go! We started in downtown Sullivan right off the square for her portraits. It was a beautiful evening! Bright blue skies and the perfect temperature out! And downtown has some awesome textures and architecture to play with. From there we headed out towards the lake. We got her some cute country lane looks and some grassy meadow shots. And then we ended her senior session with the lake as her backdrop.

I had so much fun with this girl! Just getting to hang out with her and her mom for an evening totally made my day and week! She is such an intelligent, funny, caring and beautiful girl! I honestly could not adore her more! I could go on and on about her, but instead – I’ll let you take a peek at a few of her favorites!
