Yesterday you got a peek at the LSA Homecoming game & today I get to share the LSA Homecoming dance with all of you! I love getting to photograph these dances every year – to see all the guys and girls all dressed up in their suits and fancy dresses, and I love watching them dance and have a blast! This year’s theme for the dance was L.A. to Tokyo based on the Iggy Azalea song Fancy. With this theme the decor was decked out in Hollywood styling complete with Hollywood sign, red carpet, and velvet ropes. We even set up a photo op location as you walked in to get your paparazzi photo as you walked into the multi-purpose room. So that was a lot of fun!

Then we had the announcement of the homecoming court as they walked in to the room as pairs, starting with freshmen court members and ending with the senior King and Queen. The King and Queen started the dance off for us and then the rest of the court followed shortly after. And then it was time for everyone to head out to the dance floor with their dates. The DJ was amazing again this year. He’s hands down one of the BEST DJs I’ve ever had the privilege of working with! He did a fantastic job of playing fun music that got everyone dancing. (Even me back in my photo corner!)

And throughout the evening we had LSA guys and gals headed back to our little area to get the portraits together. I had a lot of fun doing this – just like every year. And I decided this year, before I left to quickly grab as many of my LSA seniors as I could and get a quick photo with all of them. I know I’m missing a few of you, but this picture of us really made my night! I have so much love for my seniors and the fact that they took a picture with me – just really made me super happy!
